Ever wanted a do over?

In creating the "Hi Bixby" campaign to promote Samsung's voice assistant, we showed how Bixby can help fix everyday situations gone bad. Working in collaboration with agency Cheil Worldwide, we created 4 short films featuring humorous moments of Bixby saving the day. 

CHALLENGE

Samsung wanted to communicate how their range of Bixby enabled home devices work together to make everyday moments easier for product users.

APPROACH

In collaboration with agency partners we concepted and produced a series of lighthearted videos that demonstrate how Bixby enabled Samsung smart refrigerators, vacuums, TV’s, and phones help fix humorous situations gone awry.

RESULT

Ran as YouTube pre-roll and social posts drawing more attention to the capabilities of a core product feature. Smart home appliances have seen strong growth trend with Samsung leading market share in sales and innovations for a market with exponential anticipated growth.
